Though there are no illustrations of Portia's many suitors included in our text for our viewing pleasure, we do have some pretty interesting, cutting observations of these men by Portia and Nerissa.
Today, you'll work to create a visual that represents a suitor so that we can see what you think they look like. You may recreate the suitor as a realistic interpretation or you can create a caricature of what you think their personalities represent. Also, you need to include three quotations from Portia that describe the suitor and a short explanation as to why you do or don't think Portia and the suitor would be a good match.
