To demonstrate your understanding of the play The Merchant of Venice, you're going to complete an exam where you'll be asked to revisit the popular sayings, quotations, themes, literary devices, vocabulary words, and historical connections we researched at the beginning of this unit.
All you need to do is choose one word/ phrase from each of the above categories and explain its relationship to the text. You may use any notes you collected over the span of this unit and any notes you took about the movie.
