Sunday is SeuessDay!

Sunday is the birthday of Theodore Seuss Geisel, commonly known as Dr. Suess. This man is famous for having written and illustrated forty-four books for children. In addition to children's books, he is also a famous cartoonist for adults. His cartoons for adults were extremely provocative and critical of the government.

For his birthday, and to commemorate the 50th anniversary of The Cat in the Hat, we're going to read one of his books in class on Monday. We're never too old or too young for Dr. Seuss!
