As part of the Five Paragraph Essay common assessment, you need to complete something called a language related resource sheet. Sounds like lots of weird words all strung together, right? Actually, it shows that you know how to correctly use a dictionary and/ or a thesaurus.
So, how does it work? You will go through your essay and locate words that are either spelled incorrectly or qualify as "puke" words. Puke words are nondescript, boring words. I call them puke words because I get soooo sick of seeing them that I want to throw up! Words like big, nice, good, fun, little, and happy are just so pathetic. So, before you and I begin to edit your paper, you need to find these puke-y and misspelled words and add-in snazzy, spicy, correctly spelled words in their place!
