Rather than keep your bindles and your Great Depression poems separate, I decided to make one large bulletin board that combines the two projects in one place. The result is a pretty powerful looking representation of photographs from the Great Depression, your bindles, your poetry, and your paragraphs explaining how it would feel for you to live like George and Lennie.
I have included pictures of the bulletin board in this blog entry. I think that there are still a few of you who have not completely finished your bindles. Please make sure to do so by the time we leave for Christmas break.
We also managed to get some reading done this class period. We started chapter three in Of Mice and Men. We'll pick up where we left off after break.
