I knew that my goal of reading to page thirty-five by the end of today's class was absolutely dashed by the time one of you lovelies asked, "Mrs DeRaps, have you ever hitchhiked?"
Then and there I knew that we were going to read very little but discuss very much. While I do love our little chats, we do have to accomplish something literary every now and again.
Fortunately, I did manage to get you all to read to page 24 in the book. We'll complete a little project over the first part of the first section of Fahrenheit 451 during this Friday's class. Well, this what I plan to do accomplish. We'll see how it goes!
